At this occasion, Professor S Ghosh briefly explained meaning of the title of present seminar as well as its purpose. The first talk of this seminar was presented by a student research scholar from IIT Kharagpur, Ms. P Sampath on Scientific and Vedantic Exploration of God. The next lecture was then delivered by Dr P L Narasimhan who uttered some of the spiritual knowledge and advanced technology of Indian Vedic society at the ages of Lord Rama and Lord Krishna. His words filled whole auditorium with the colours of Bhakti and enlighten the minds of intellectuals into deep thinking of Vedic science. The stage and auditorium were then covered by a big round of applause when Shri V Agrawal was introduced and called on the stage to demonstrate the Gods Mechanics. It was really an astonishing experience for students and professors of IIT Kharagpur when a person dressed in saffron, costumed like a saint, fully charged with spirituality was delivering his talk on the fundamentals of physics, chemistry and engineering with the help of various typical formulations and quotes of many noble laureates. He raised several fundamental issues of modern science which are still undefined. Shri Agrawal concluded his talk with a request to be a Spiritual Engineer/Scientist-Saint to explore the hidden fundamentals of science and spirituality. He also requested to the audience to search for the Divine Engineer, God in the cosmos and glorify him with the help of your scientific and engineering knowledge. At the end, he advised; engineers who are ethically motivated, spiritually charged and technologically equipped, will distinguish India from rest of the world. Next, it was the time of Professor Ghosh to deliver the final lecture of the evening. It was again critically analysed, well designed and a highly informative lecture on “Origin of life”. He explained limitations of modern science and how these issues can be cover up. One of the important remarks of his lecture was based on consciousness to find out ultimate reality. He convincingly proposed to develop the consciousness in spiritual direction and apply it in routine work. After the lecture of Prof. Ghosh all the speakers answered to the questions raised by students during discussion session. At the ending ceremony, all the speakers were requested to receive their mementos which were offered by Prof. M Sinha. Prof Sinha then delivered vote of thanks to all the speakers, guests and volunteers. The program was closed with a delicious dinner Prasadam.
